What can I do on the free plan?+
The free plan is a viewer: open and view unlimited Publisher or Office files and see a faithful rendering of every page. Editing — changing text, photos, and colors, using templates, saving projects, and exporting PDFs — is included with the paid plans.
What happens to my files on the free plan?+
Free-plan files are stored for 7 days from upload and then deleted automatically — we email you a reminder the day before anything is removed. On a paid plan your files stay stored for as long as your subscription is active.
What's the difference between All-Access and Monthly?+
They include exactly the same features. All-Access is billed once a year at $99 (about $8.25/month — the best price); Monthly is $9.99 billed every month for maximum flexibility. Both renew automatically and can be canceled anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page — it opens a secure Stripe billing portal. After canceling you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
Does All-Access include the template shop's download bundles?+
All-Access lets you open and customize every template in our online editor and export your finished work. The template shop's standalone ZIP bundles (PDF, PowerPoint, Photoshop & PNG source files) are separate one-time purchases.
What counts as a conversion?+
Each time you upload a Publisher (.pub) or Office file and we open it into a clean rendering, that's one conversion. Re-opening, editing, or re-exporting an existing project does not count.
I bought a lifetime plan earlier — what happens to it?+
Nothing changes for you. Lifetime plans are no longer sold, but every existing lifetime purchase keeps exactly the access it was bought with, forever.
Can I use this for client work?+
Yes — All-Access and Monthly both include commercial use, so you can create work for your business, organization, or clients.
Subscriptions renew automatically (yearly or monthly) until canceled; cancel anytime from your Account page and keep access through the period you've paid for.
