Terms of Service

Welcome to Publish Media Software. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Publish Media Software helps you open, convert, and edit Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files.

The service

We convert your files and provide editing tools. We preserve your layout as closely as possible and give you tools to refine anything you'd like to adjust — we do not guarantee a pixel-perfect conversion, because the .pub format is undocumented.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You are responsible for having the right to use those files. You can download your converted outputs and exports, and delete your account at any time. Do not upload unlawful content or content you don't have the rights to.

Plans & payment

Paid plans and Bulk Migration Packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Limits (conversions, projects, exports, seats) are enforced according to your plan.

Refunds & cancellations

Subscriptions (All-Access yearly and Monthly):cancel anytime from your Account page — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't prorate partial periods unless the law where you live requires it. If you were charged in error (for example, a renewal right after you cancelled), contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Template shop purchases (digital downloads):if a purchased template won't download, is missing the formats listed on its product page, or is materially defective, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund it in full. Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds for change of mind after the files have been downloaded, except where required by law.

To request a refund, use the support page or email [email protected] with your order email — we respond within 2 business days.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the conversion or bulk endpoints, attempt to break the service, or resell it without permission. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Publish Media Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
