Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Your email and password (hashed) for your account; the files you upload and their conversion outputs; basic product analytics (e.g. when you convert or export) to improve the service; and billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number).

Your files

Uploaded .pub files: Your uploaded Publisher file is automatically deleted within 2 hours of processing. Files are encrypted in transit. We never share your files or use them for public templates.

Imported PDFs and images: When you import a PDF or image to start a project, that file is stored as part of your project so it stays editable. It is deleted when you delete the project or your account.

Converted outputs and project files: Your converted PDFs and edited project documents are stored in your account so you can access them. They stay yours — download or delete them at any time.

How we use data

To provide the service, process conversions, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and send account or product emails. We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors

We use Stripe (payments) and an email relay for transactional mail. Conversions run on our own servers.

Retention & deletion

Uploaded .pub source files are deleted automatically within 2 hours. On the Free plan, imported files and their converted copies are kept for 7 days from upload and then deleted automatically — we email you a reminder the day before anything is removed. Paid plans keep your files stored while your account is active. Designs you create from templates or a blank page are not affected.
